This Shipping Policy explains how {{ shop_name }} processes, produces, and ships orders placed through our website.

Made to Order

Every item at {{ shop_name }} is printed to order — nothing is kept in stock. This means your order is manufactured specifically for you after you place it, which takes a little longer than shipping from pre-made inventory, but avoids waste and lets us offer original, small-batch artwork.

Production & Delivery Time

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the United States takes a further 4–10 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. Please allow up to 15 days in total from the time you place your order.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs depend on the product and size and are calculated at checkout before you pay. As a guide:

Desk mats — Economy shipping from $5.99 (6–13 business days) or Standard shipping from $7.39 (4–10 business days).
Posters — Standard shipping from $7.49.
Puzzles — Economy shipping from $5.99 (4–8 business days) or Standard shipping from $6.59 (10–30 business days).

Additional items in the same order ship at a reduced rate. Desk mats and posters are produced at different facilities, so an order containing both may arrive in separate packages, each with its own shipping charge shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, production or shipping delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens with your order.
